You're welcome to take your poster home at the end of the day. Any unclaimed posters will be collected and recycled.

While posters are preferred, live demos are welcome. Please note that demo space is limited and we are not able to provide equipment (but we'll do our best to accommodate power needs, let us know).

If you're doing a demo that requires it, let us know in your registration summary or on Slack in #nyc-devday and we'll do our best to place you near an outlet.

We recommend up to two presenters per showcase simply due to spacing constraints.

We'll provide printed guides and an online resource with titles, abstracts, and presenter names.
